Checkbox = Available (tick to assign). "Ask" = Maybe (emails the volunteer). Empty = Unavailable. Cell colour shows rotation fairness: 🟢 ready (4+ weekends since last shift), 🟡 nearly ready (3 weekends), 🔴 recently assigned (0–2 weekends). One shift per volunteer per weekend.
